It’s okay for people to add on to the joke. It’s meant to be funny and entertain people. Plus, the person who made the thread probably wanted people to add to it. Let the community have fun.

Yeah, but when I make a post, where I was posting TEASERS to my map, it got closed because it was not completed map. Well, if I can't post teasers to the map, why people can post joke-maps? I don't get the logic.

Posting your unfinished map in map submission is 100% fine. ( I did that once with my Japan SW map ) Your thread was closed not because of your unfinished map.
