tbh my name (not incl. my Chinese name) is the most cookie cutter Western name I've ever heard and I'm not even white, I'm asian. And if you search it up on FaceBook you'll find literally thousands of results lol. But I still wouldn't share it, because people can still track you down, especially if they know your country or city.
Also there are a lot of malicious people out there & even if they don't try tracking you, they can steal your identity, which is. Well, it's not worse but it's pretty bad. They can ruin your reputation or even try to scam people using your identity, which will likely end up on your record instead of theirs.
I know that on this site, there's basically nobody who can really hurt you. We're all kids/teens after all. But guests can still view the site without logging in and, worse, someone could be lying (not saying they are, but it's possible). So it'd be in your best interest to just not share your name OR face OR any other personal, identifying detail.
