My brother has been banned falsely

Yesterday I reported __praayy__ for kill farming my brother, but when my brother woke up to play brokenlens it said he has banned for kill farming instead. This is not the case, he was the victim, as if you look at the thread you can see that __praayy__ is the one kill farming my brother.

Since my brother has been banned falsely can he be unbanned since he was not the one kill farming?
