My Brother And I Had The Same Glitch... Mcpe/Mojang?

So Basically This Is About My Minecraft. I Saw My Brother Too Had The Glitch And He Restarted His Kindle Because Of It. But I Went Onto His And It Still Had That Same Glitch.

Explanation Of "The Glitch"- So When You Get Into Minecraft All The Skins Look Black, All The Resource/Texture Packs Are Kinda Like A Gmod !Hasn't Loaded In Yet! Pink And Black Thing.

So Is This A Problem With Mojang or MCPE? And The Only Way I've Been Able To Get Around It Was If You Signed Into Xbox LIVE Which I Have And My Sister Screwed It All Up For Me, So Now I Cant Sign Into It. Dang

that happened to me for a bit and it happened coz i downloaded a certain skin i just kept downloading different ones until it worked again.
