oooh I like the background and the shading stuff! What app did you use?
I use IbispaintX (had to abandon Medibang because it kept crashing suddenly when I try to open it it's never been like that before until about few years later if that makes sense)

I use IbispaintX Aswell! (I was about to buy Ibispaint until I realized that it’s the same but with more anime wallpaper’s and anime things-)
