My and My friend have been permanently banned?

Dear Broken Lens members me and my friend wanted to try out the flying glitch to see if it actually worked yesterday I SWEAR me and her did NOT know it was in the rules and we are truly sorry because I have never been into this website before and I wish I had before so I wouldn't have gotten banned permanently.
Now this is where I need answers when me and my friend were banned it was for 6 days and 19 hours and I went on today to find that we we're permanently banned! Please could you at least reduce time, anything less then forever. Again I am truly sorry and I hope you'll consider, because this was me and my friend's favourite server, we would play it everyday. And our usernames are UnwilledBadge67 and AnnualCupid249, its okay if u can't, but anyway thank you for your time.

Hmm sounds fun! Although, she’s also banned because she’s on the same network as you so your ban is affecting her, I’ve unbanned her network so she can play again.

Unfortunately I’ll be quite busy today, so I’ll have to go soon.. if you wouldn’t mind waiting an hour or two I’ll come back and deal with your situation! （*＾3＾）
