Okay, so after two long days that I don’t get on and play brlns, I come to log in and this pops up. First of all, I have only been banned one time. I want to know what is the reason why I’m “permanently” banned.

You’ve been permanently banned for chargeback, this means you bought one of our items then took your money back. Whenever people do this, it not only gives you a free rank - but it also takes away more money from the server than you paid, which is pretty much stealing.
