grian is good a builds and i mean REALLY good you should check his tutorials for designs n stuff

Take those designs and add more work to them, or change them up.

erm, in all honesty...
Its wayyy too small, theres so much lack of detail, its very plain and boring and there's no theme.
I would suggest finding a theme of what you want your build to be based around.
It has potential, but it would needs lots of improvement.
Its a nice start though, and don't worry, nobody gets their first map perfect!
Heck, my first map was disgusting LMAO

...randomize the house with different blocks of the relatively same color, to give it more detail.
The glass on the front looks strange aswell, I would get rid of it.
