It's so boring when murd is afk or when he isn't killing no one, so if a murd stays afk for 3 minutes, he could be kicked and his murder role could go to another random player, so the game wouldn't be totally boring

edit: maybe the afk murder should lose his role and become a innocent instead of kicking

Most of the time the murderer is not afk and just doesn’t have a clue on what to do, I think if they don’t kill in 3 minutes? (Because they aren’t a murderer if they don’t kill right? ;-))
