Hello, today I will tell you about Murder Mystery Tips, or how I do it. This helps you get wins at murder mystery and it is fun to do, too! Lets start now!!!
Attendance (For Innocents only)
So, wait until the game starts. Use the pause button and scroll down to see all the player’s names. For example, if someone is named like Carly_Games_YT, Say Carly_Games_Yt? And hopefully they will say here. I usually say suspect when they don’t reply back. Do /tab or /list to see the suspect’s face. This actually works! And if you don’t want to say every player’s name, just say “Whoever I didn’t call on say here”. Hopefully they will say here! This method for murder mystery helps you lower down to who’s the murderer. (Best for any map).
Stalking (Innocents and Sheriff only)
This is creepy xD. If you’re an innocent, I highly recommend for you to stalk every player and see if they act suspicious , or they can pick up gold. Stop if you see that player pick up a piece of gold, and move on to the next player. Sheriff too. Keep in mind their skin. Also, like I said in the previous paragraph, do /tab or /list to see the player’s face of whoever is speaking in chat. (Best for any map). (By the way, if you are an innocent, I recommend getting 5 gold and then hide).
Acting Like A Scared Innocent (For Murderer only)
If you see a lot of players walking around, try to back up and go away. Try to go into a house or closet and most likely someone will follow you there to see if you’re suspicious or not. I recommend hiding in a specific/particular place for about 20 seconds, then move on. Try to get an isolated player, and follow that person and check if there is no witnesses, or players near you. If you think someone thinks you’re suspicious, walk up to that person and try to act like you’re hitting them. But hit a block to your side, most likely the player will think you are hitting at him or her. If you think that too, try to go a bit closer. Then go off to another player. Or if someone comes at you, back up and try to act like you are scared. (Best for aquarium, Wild West, Mansion, forest and abandoned hotel). (All)
Bait (For innocents only)
I recommend getting 5 gold first. Try to run around and go into houses, and check if there are some players near you. Go inside a house and make sure you are noticeable. If a player follows you in there, get out immediately, and tell their skin. Hopefully they will talk or something. Try to be isolated from other innocents, and see if players are looking at you. Most likely someone will follow you. Run! (Best for Wild West , mansion, abandoned hotel and rugrats). (All)
Runaway (Innocents and Sheriff only)
This works best in clue map. If you are in the kitchen of clue map, and if you are sure someone is murderer and is that room too, go out the door quick! And shut the door behind you and tell who murd is. Go upstairs and try to hide in the pool. Most likely, no one will check if players are in there. If you’re a sheriff, I recommend going out and shutting the door behind you then turn around. Get your gun and by the time the door opens, shoot! Or go a bit farther down the hall so you can have more time to kill the murderer. If it is another map, try running and JUMPING. Jumping helps you be faster, and then turn and shoot behind you at the player, aka the murderer. (Works best in, obviously, clue! Also mansion if you are in the halls.)
Hide and Throw (Murderer only)
This best works on Wild West. Hide behind a barrier, and then if you see a player, throw your sword. Go ontop of a roof. Make sure no one is facing your direction or no one sees you. Make sure your throw is well-aimed, and then throw! Wait for about 5 seconds, and make your next shot. Check and see if no one is behind you. If there are a lot of witnesses, be fast and kill them all. Throw your sword at players that are too far away or players that are going slightly faster than you. Make sure you are sneaky while throwing your swords. The sheriff might notice, though. (Works best in obviously, Wild West! Also mansion if you can throw and hit people at the top of the stairs. And abandoned hotel plus aquarium for upstairs)
Shooter Warner (For Sheriff only)
If a player is following you, do not shoot at the player, because the player might not be the murderer. Instead, shoot at the sky, and make sure no player is behind you. The player should back up. If the player keeps coming at you, hit him or her about 1-6 times and the player should think that you think he or she is murd. If the player is not going away, back up, take aim, and shoot. That is a sign that you think that player is murderer. And that player will kill you before he or she will die. So, your shootings and hittings are a warning to the player that you don’t trust him or her.
