I believe this one is yours. It doesn't have police station feel to me.....Maybe it's all the rainbow colored blocks in the garage? Maybe change those all to Blues. Sign in cafeteria should read "FOOD" instead of "FOODS"
Maybe make a reception area ( when people walk into a police station there is usually a front desk and chairs) or a distinct lobby/waiting area? What is the room with flowers? An indoor garden?

Yes but "foods" is not a word unless you are saying look at all the different foods? You wouldn't see a sign written that way. Maybe make a banner with some kind of food on it for the right hand end?
