Idk if u could tell by the picture but this person was using jump hacks. It’s impossible I think... (someone try it I certainly couldn’t do it) to get a top of that one fence without some jump hacks of some sort. I tried to take a pic of him jumping but it went so fast when I took it he was already on the ground.
