[MURDER MYSTERY] Addition to MM2 & MM5

This idea has been taken from another PC server although with BrokenLens trying to be unique i am sure vertx can make it custom maybe that if you ride a horse you can't collect any gold or the murderer can't kill while on the horse. The player can go up to a NPC in the map to claim the horse.​

Given 10s Blindness

Chance of finding a gun in the sand box
Gives Extra Gun to player

I Like The First One Alot, Because I Need A Runaway Horse Sometimes, Also People Say I Have To Little Reports So This'll Build Them Up When Noobs Say: HEY! I CANT KILL YOU >;(

The Second One, So You Have A 10% Chance For Sand In Your Eyes And A 2% Chance For A Gun... Whats The Other 88%? Just You Just Found sand? xd
