I feel like 1/2 of the people I'm in a game with want to be murderer and hasn't been it for like 10 games. Here's my suggestion
1) Everytime you are not murderer/sheriff the next game you have a higher chance of being it.
2) If you collect 15 gold, you get the sheirff's weapon BUT you can only shoot twice
