multiplayer game issue

well last week i was going to play with some of my friends but i couldnt join her i keep got an error like ''unable to connect world'' and i tried like 30 min then i gave up but my internet is pretty okay and i dont have any problem with my xbox account too and i made a quick research after that and saw people having this issue like me, anyone can sugggest me a solution or should we wait till mojang fixs this? (note; im a win10 player and she was mobile but i dont think problem is this )

actually first she tried to join me but it didnt worked then i tried to join her but nah still dont workin and i tried some stuff like restarting my computer or closing-opening wifi but i dont have a better solution
