More staff are needed!

I feel like we need more staff now, when I was online when no staffs were online. Like almost every sky wars game has a hacker with kill aura, and fly hacks! The game litterally became unplayable!
I know some staff has a life irl, that's why I'm asking for you to hire some more

I was thinking about...

When you r in a match and there is a hacker with you, if 4 players (this number is just an example) use /kick (ign here) the player will get teleported for the lobby, in skywars probably would be useless, but in games like MM, HS, MW can be good...

Buy a gun and kill them
It deals 5 hearts of dmg per shoot

adding a /kick may be useful, if we can get 4 players to /kick and maybe kick them out of the game! my only problem is groups of friends may use the kick command to their advantage which is not good!

I was thinking the same... Maybe if 7 players use /kick, would be hard to make 7 players /kick someone, but idk... We really need more staff

That’d be abused way too quickly xD some builders aren’t even trusted with the kick command right away.

we’re always looking for new staff but the issue is, there’s rarely many people we consider up for the job. I don’t believe there’s anyone at the moment we even have our eye on - especially since we just promoted a new staff not too long ago.

Well idk! It's up to the admins! They r the smart ones to pick who should be staff or not! And like what Maddie says, she alrighty hired new staff not too long ago! So if they did get even more staff, they can't keep their eye's easily on them. Nothing much they can do right now!
Best thing to do I guess when no staff is online is to do another game that not many hackers would be on!

no, I think the problem is that we have a decent anticheat, and a fair amount of staff, the only problem is that BL has the no xbox live, not only allowing a lot more hackers onto the server, but also making it a lot easier to bypass as well

imo i don't think the anti cheat is good enough to be called decent id say it's- 1 below decent.
There wouldn't be as many hackers in our games if the anti cheat would be better and we wouldn't have to call for staff as much
