3 hackers in 1 game, they have reach,fly like staff hello? ik u guys are active on forums but can staff ppl maybe be on mw u will see 50 hackers in 1 hour for sure but ye, idc if ppl argue make someone trustable staff if they are so much online, like im so almost always online but ye, and so many new ppl ragequit bc of hackers and u guys lose ppl on your server thats not what u all want right, so for the love of the server make someone who is always active and trustable staff or helper just any rank, so they can ban a hacker, bc if ppl have reach u have 2 record first and than sent it and if a staff is online u can just call them and they will come and its done

Staff is really busy all the time, and they're working on the server and doing a great job, but when you see a hacker and staff are offline you could use /report or report on forums them.

There’s pretty much always staff online, if there’s none on your friend list or maybe you don’t see any online, just /report them. It’ll notify any staff online and we’ll be able to easily spectate them - I try being active everyday but the virus has affected me a lot, like.. the service where we live is so bad I can’t even spectate one person without being disconnected or I can’t get on the server at all. we normally travel a lot and that’s where I got my good service from, but our ‘main’ house is in the middle of no where and there’s no service whatsoever.

Its hard enough already with what’s going on for staff as well, /report actually works. Some staff don’t have connection or very bad connection so it’s hard to join, I saw because maddie couldn’t even stay on for 5 minutes without crashing. Give some leeway. Forums is easier to access as it’s just a web page like google and isn’t a mini game

I'd just say the server needs more staff. And compared to other servers I've seen, BrokenLens is doing great in stopping hackers. Also VPN block hackers and the amount would be halfed.

I forget to /report cause its hard to /report when they have a 3628268272 letter long name and usually has it scrambled like “dvhsiheyf7” and then their team mates and then the hacker starts slapping me
