It was hard to find name and this is how I found out when I watched my gameplay.
At first, I wrote down all the people I killed before hacker and got list, the list of non Hackers

-(Then I killed a sheriff, then hacker became sheriff)

Then here's the list of people who was still in game when I noticed hacker and then did /list

Then I took down these non hackers

Then I took down the hacker then took down Fk083_ghoul
Which leaves the hacker as Mohamad_Gam_Over

It was hard to find who this hacker was, so I did took notes which was shown above, so I hope you appreciate the effort I did to get the hackers name.
