Hi my name is darkmavIV and I am a friend of ssunsett and I saw that the word “MOD” was next to her username and we had a discussion about what it is and how to get it and she told me to go here. I would like the MOD rank for multiple reasons 1 people are hacking all the time and just being plain up rude and I report them and I go on the next day and there still there, so I would like the power to ban the hackers who should be banned. 2 it’s just cool to have that power and the epic logo you have next to your name. And last but not least “players” some players say bad words and I always tell them to stop and they never do, i’m not saying to “ban them” i just want to give them a warining and be like “ I’m a staff member if you don’t stop I will either report you to the BRLNS head quarters or I will ban you”. Thank you I hope you see this and consider me as a staff!

Hm, though I just need to give a tiny bit of feedback for your application.

1. Don’t say “It’s just cool to have that power to ban hackers and the epic logo you have next to your name.”

That doesn’t sound the best. Another thing not to say is “I’m a staff member, if you don’t stop I will either report you to the BRLNS head quarters or I will ban you”.

As a staff member, you don’t need to report unless you’re a helper and need to tell a higher up staff member to mute someone. You saying “I’m a staff member... etc...” It doesn’t sound good on your behalf.


Just don’t take any offence to my feedback, I only wish to help you.

I have contributed by reporting hackers to BRLNS staff, stoped bullying from one person to another, helped people navigate around brlns, I teach people how to play the games like MM Block Party etc.. I am friendly to everyone on the server, and I always recommended BRlNS to my other friends that play mc and tell them to report hackers if seen and never interact with them.

I made a world/ realm and made it so if people got banned from BRLNS as a mistake they can come to my world and hang out. You are probably think well how would you do that if you don’t know what they did or what there username is, well I know the username because in red at the top of the screen it says there username and I invite them to my world and If they hack then they either keep hacking or I just bann them, we can’t really force people to do anything with how they play there games we can only nudge them in the right direction and see if they keep following the right direction to become a team player

Before you go raging at me please hear me out ok. I don't mean to offend you or anything but your draft application (I'm just gonna call it that since the real application to sent via convo to vertx and warrior) doesn't really seem so good.

I understand you want to help and all but you haven't really provided anything to show you'd actually help or whatever. Saying you want the spot because you want to, "ban all the hackers" doesn't really do much because, let's be honest, everyone wants to do that.

Let's pretend you're trying to type a resume to apply for a real job. (Keyword: pretend. You don't need to say stuff like "I have a Master's Degree in Maths" or anything lol. You probably haven't even gone to college anyway.) Pretend said job is a barista. If you just said, "I'm applying because I want to serve people food and drinks and to be helpful!", do you really think you'll get the spot? Likely not, unless they're desperate. Unfortunately, BL isn't in extreme need for any staff members. Which means you'll have to go into more detail.

Here's some questions to consider:

• How are you for time? Will you be able to come online at least once everyday, or do you have important stuff to attend to?
• Why would you be a good staff member? Do you know multiple languages, which will help when dealing with reports which aren't in English? Can you tell the difference between bullying and banter? Do you know what the rules are, how many days to ban/mute someone for, etc.?
• Are you committed? Have you reported so many hackers, you've lost count? (Like ssun, lol. Over 200 reported by her, before she got staff, I think. How, I don’t know either.)

I'm not saying you can't do it, because I know you can. You probably just aren't ready yet. Until then though, you might want to work on some stuff, such as the stuff I mentioned above.

As others have said, this isn't the area or place to submit a staff application. Create a conversation with WarriorGirl3333 and vertx for your staff application.

To create a conversation on forums, follow these steps:
1. Click Inbox in the top right corner next to your name.
2. Then press "Start a New conversation" which is in the bottom right corner.
3. Invite WarriorGirl3333 and vertx to the convo in the "Participants" box.
4. Begin writing your application.

NOTE: Add vertx to the conversation if you want him to notice your work more.

To increase chances of getting staff, you must be:

• Kind
• Helpful in any way you can
• Patient
• Active on both servers and forums

Those are just some basics.
