Reading this thread reminds me of the time you, via, isa and seth 4 v 1'ed me with everything going into ur favor.
To begin with, I was prepared for the worst, i had 3 spare sets of armor and 2 stacks of bread. When we had our first interaction, we were fairly balanced ig, then Isa came with a power bow and began shooting me while I was in a melee fight with Lag, then Via came with a damn kb stick and a ton of bread. After that, things began going downhill for me...
In the middle of the fight, I experienced the food glitch in where I switched my slots a bit too quickly and my food turned into a sword
. Via with a kb stick may not seem that difficult, but it did contribute to my demise. How? Cuz my hopes and dreams were crushed when Lag brought me to 5 hearts and broke my chestpiece, leading Isa to end me with a single shot with the bow...
Oh boyyy, I'm getting ptsd just from thinkin of bows... Pls nerf em(

Pearls wouldn't really be relevant when rushing but while killing bowspammers they're actually needed and the problem is that you can only get 2 arrows at a single time and getting a stack of arrows or any decent amount would take incredibly long and not to mention the extra cost ( the cost is a pretty small change ngl). Buying 32 or 64 arrows at a time would be nice. I agree with you on the cost of arrows but the dupers in the game are the problem because it may take you a solid 15 mins to get a stack of arrows while dupers can just duplicate and get multiple stacks, this makes it incredibly hard to kill them since bows were a really efficient method of killing them (tnt works too but the placement in important).

If it is indeed 7 damage it would be overpowered as the sharp 3 gold sword does 7 damage too and thats 9 diamonds so the stone sword is going to be either op or kinda useless even if you increase the price because no one is going to buy a sword using iron since iron in my opinion is actually more important than diamonds because iron is used for a variety of things while diamonds are used only for a few things.
