MM chat solution?

So yeah ppl abuse the chat n say horrible things or impersonate someone so i heard in the next update ingame skin change will be added? Im not sure if its true but if it is why not keep the player name in the chat but change the skins to some default skin in game and dont have name tags? maybe too complicated eh idk
