hi, i’ve recently caught wind that i’m perm banned for chargeback by the store and i’d like to appeal this

first off, the card i used was my parents and we made a deal i would give them cash in order to use the card- this was in july i believe- later in august we had a credit card fraud altercation, and the bank sent a new card, which the bank was also informed to allow any past purchases to cycle through from july and onward. i’m not sure what went wrong, since the bank and my parents are both aware of the purchase but i can sort that out when my parents are home.

is there a way to undo chargeback? if not, could i use paypal to payoff the money? i have no idea how this works- and this 100% wasn’t intentional :( i know the risks of chargeback, since ford was banned for it, and i wouldn’t risk my acccount for that ^^
 
i’ve known elfiie for awhile now, and i know her well enough to know that this wasn’t intentional. as a leaderboard player and well known around the server, she wouldn’t give up everything, i know. she worked so hard for her stats and it’d be dumb to just risk getting banned. i know that this wasn’t on purpose, and anyone else would agree with me.

The store automatically bans for chargeback and as far as I know Vertx is the only one who can undo the ban- I don't know if you are able to pay it with your paypal- it sounds like a mistake on the banks end- I will tag Vertx for you

Dealing with this in a convo with Vertx and on dc with Elfiie

* so everyone knows in the future- accounts banned for chargeback won't be unbanned as the bank charges Brokenlens an additional $20/per transaction when this occurs- so not only is the server out the $24.99 for the original purchase which was an e-rank it is out $20 on top of that
