I wasn't banned on a server I was banned whilst offline

Why I got banned- I have no idea I tried to get on and It said I was banned.

You should unban me because I don't know what I did wrong I'm being so serious I was just scared because I've never been banned on a server before and I really don't know what I did wrong again I'm so so sorry for whatever I did I promise to be a better player please unban me.
