Mistakenly Banned

[Clue]

Hi, I was recently banned for a week for using something called "noclip"
1. I have no idea what this is
2. if im right I glitched through a wall

yes I went through a wall, but I believe this is a bug. I did it by accident
(if you wish for me to show how to repeat the bug here it is)
1. go to the bridge on the garden map thing
2. open the trap door and the gate
3. sneak through it

I saw some people do it then I got banned, please patch this bug and I don't think I was banned fairly

I think you were banned pretty fairly, you were using a bug to your advantage.

It clearly states in-game that any form of glitch exploiting/using a bug to player advantage is not allowed. You used a trapdoor to get under the map.
It is the player's responsibility to know and follow rules, if it was an accident and you find yourself out of the map/underground/no-clipping of any form it's your responsibility to /hub immediately.

But you seem to know pretty well how to get under the map as you headed straight for the trapdoor when I was watching you play, and how well you recalled how to perform the exploit here:

2. open the trap door and the gate
3. sneak through it

So I doubt this was an accident.
