Mistaken Ban!?

Hello, my game id is ShookethHoe. I was just playing on the server and for some reason I was kicked out and I saw I was perminately banned from the server. I don't cheat, hack, or whatever but I was banned for no reason. Please any staff of this server please help me. If you have any more questions please msg me! I ask of your help staff!
