Mistaken ban

Hello I am green, i will be discussing this "false" ban that I habe been temporarily ban from your server/network. In this case is there any specific reason I have been banned for? It was possibly my first time entering your server. But it said "you have been banned from our services". In sorry but what did I do? I have siblings that play minecraft. They love hacking. If you want their in game name here you go: Jitter Jaatter and MVPGod. For me, i myself dont hack due to possible unfair gameplay. So what do we do here, sir?

She said " This Account was permanently ban from our services " and that's her proof. For what Jake said.. Pls be patient and wait for a staff member to help you (If I repeated it then sorry)
