Missing NPC’s and People in Lobby

So like this has been happening a few times to me for the past few days and I really dont know why but when I go back to the spawn by clicking on the NPC in a minigame that tells me to go back to lobby, this is what I see. Nothing and not even another player. I walk around for a few seconds and it disconnects me. I’ve been checking my internet connection and the router and I don’t see any problems with that so like I just assume its the server.
