Yes , the only thing i can propose you is the Win10 Virtual Machine . . . :x
the thing is that windows10 saw the use of .appx files ( MCWIN10 is a .appx file ) , originally used on WindowsPhones , thse files are now an important part of the Microsoft Store .
Windows7 havent the support of .appx files ( if im wrong correct me dont punch me ) , so its impossible without a Virtual Machine or unless you have good Coding Capacities for porting the app to another OS , cuz lets be clear . . . Windows10 and Windows7 are 2 different OS . . . 10 is more optimized for Gaming that 7 , and 7 is more optimized for bureautic that 10 soooo yeah . . .
Virtual Machine or if you have a Linux or Mac System theres some tricks that allow you to play MCWin10 on linux or macs , but good luck guy :3
