oml so I reset my whole tablet as a last resort to fixing all my apps which were closing,, and when I downloaded minecraft I seem to now not be able to login to xbox, because it just gives me a white screen. all I want is to play :') help !!

I think it's not the internet problem.

It's the device and version problem, I advice her to download 1.12 if she's not playing on it

yes I am In the latest version as I just downloaded it ;-; I reset my tablet again (not restart, reset) and it still won't work. .
