Ash: We are at the trial site for 'Rise and Shine' with Amanda and Ben.

Megan: Right, so are you two ready to find out about the trial?
Ben: Ready as I'll ever be!
Amanda: Same here!
Ash: So the trial, as you know is called 'Rise and Shine'. It does involve some heights... One of you will be in a harness held by a rope in the air while the other has to solve some puzzles. The person in the harness will have hints for each puzzle they will have to shout down to the person doing the puzzle. Get the puzzle right, it gives you one star for your camp.
Megan: Get the puzzle wrong, you'll lose that star and your team mate will get a nasty surprise...
You up for the challenge?
Amanda: We'll get all ten!
Ben: Let's do this!
"I'm really confident in what we can do, let's bring home those ten stars!"
"I'm nervous but I think Ben will be a great help."
DURING THE TRIAL
The contestants decided Ben would be suiting up in the harness while Amanda would attempt the puzzles. The communication between the contestants was often misinterpeted due to the distance in height. Amanda got the first two wrong, which caused Ben to be dropped suddenly. The whiplash hurt him badly. Amanda got the next three puzzles correct, then got two more wrong. Ben kept encouraging her to keep going. She got two more right and just missed out on the last star.
"I feel really disappointed in myself for doing so bad. It hurt Ben every time I got it wrong..."
"I think Amanda did great! Sure I'm hurting but she's got food on the table for all of us!"
AT SUNSET CREEK
Iuc: They're back!
Hannah: How did you guys do?
Ben: The challenge was tough. I was held up in a harness shouting hints at Amanda for puzzles...
Amanda: We got five stars.
Legend: Hey, that's not bad! Well done both of you!
"Five stars from the trial they told us about sounds like a big achievement."
"They did great!"
AT DINNER TIME
Jely: "Camp mates,
For Ben and Amanda's efforts in the trial 'Rise and Shine', tonight you will be getting chicken with bread and butter. Enjoy."
"A CHICKEN SANDWICH SERIOUSLY?"
"So, the ingredients we got for dinner were basically foundations for a sandwich... I'm not angry I love me chicken sandwiches but... it's a joke."
Alfa: Thanks Jely. The chicken was roasted perfectly.
Jely: It was nothing!
Gavin: Let's hope we get a beef sandwich tomorrow guys!
ALL: Haha!
BACK AT STUDIO
Megan: So, the contestants weren't very impressed with their chicken sandwiches...
Ash: What's wrong with sandwiches? They're delicious!
Megan: I'm not sure.
Ash: Anyways, tune in next time to see all of our contestants competing in our next trial "Royal Subjects".
