Minecraft 1.13 problem...

Whenever i use my custom skin, it shows up as alex or steve, I'm on android.
It's so annoying when i enter the server with the stupid skin glitch

Microsoft bad

I did turn off because I don't want update my minecraft, but when I leave my PC, then turn on my PC TO Play Minecraft, then it was 1.13. It automatic updates
