Me & my friend are banned for 5 days with no explication to why.

Dear brokenlenz team,

My friend (gamertag: HeyItsAliie) & I (gamertag: sg_ghoulwolf) were on call while playing brokenlenz for approximately an hour & a half. Our friend group regularly play brokenlenz at least once a week when possible so this has generally never happened before. My phone started glitching during a team Skywars with Ali therefore I left the game & tried to rejoin, to my dismay I found that I was given a 5 day ban on my account which never gave me a vindication to why. Soon afterwards my friend left MCPE also, she too has a 5day ban on her account.

I understand if we had done something which was against the stipulation (eg. Greifing, hacking or using vulgar/profane language.) However we hadn't done such a thing, so may we please request for you to unban us both on our accounts.
