me and my sister got ban for no reason

I was doing parkour at block hunt then I fell down then i got 40 ban point after that my sister also got ban so I was thinking can u unban me and her plz one more thing my sister was doing the same thing I was doing doing parkour then ban



btw our username are Yolo26332 or HypeVNeon and my sister is marisa9099
also check both my username

also forgot we are not hackers nor cheaters
