mcpe bug or server bug?

so in these 2 vids above. i was testing the ender pearl.
so In the normal minecraft world when u throw an ender pearl and look at the ground. u still looking at the sides didn't change.
but in the server. when u throw an ender pearl and look at the ground the sides get changed which the game makes u promise you will look infront of yourself.

Probably Brokenlens but can also be Minecraft. To be tested in single player world
