Thing is, hes perm CIP banned and he comes back with these disgusie accounts. Most recent was MK8_Mafia (something like that) and got banned. Now Im just wonderring how he'll come back (most likely gave up tho)

In addition to your mysterious cases, you should do Inactivity. Explain who, what, when of it.

Another addition is "Hard to Catch" in your mysterious cases. This are players who are hard to catch playing but they are active.
