Mc Founders Cape Glitch

I don’t know if I should post this thread here so I’m wearing the founders cape and I took it off for a sec them when I tried to put it back on after I’m done with editing character(when u change ur skin/put on cape) it doesn’t show my skin with the founders cape so I’m wondering if it’s a glitch cuz I absolutely love my cape :(((

Here’s a ss i dont know why theres the arrow there but it could be why I can’t put my cape on and when I press left arrow it doesn’t show my character with a cape on it. This is what I mean

Im not sure what's happening but there's a little blue arrow besides the cape, i believe that usually means you need to download it?
I believe it's not saved in the game files or something, again im not sure

Im sorry i don't really know as i don't really use capes, but my guess is you may find it in the marketplace for free, just like the minecraft music pack

I have the same problem but apparently it is a Minecraft bug, sometimes the cape appears on me and other times it just takes it off.

If I find a solution I will tell you.
