Please place a PERMANENT IP ban. Hackers always come back on another account or after their time runs out. Please keep them permanently banned for hacking and only shorten it if they have a valid ban appeal. Its always good to have their apologies and promises on record for the next time they hack— if they do hack again. It makes the next permanent ban more official since their second chance was recorded for everyone to see.
