I usually copy a image from google and then draw the same but on a paper xD

He really just tried copying the lineart and colored it. There's no shame in doing that because it's a good tool for improvement from what I heard for beginners.
Normally, people would call this tracing, but the lineart just looks similar. Most traced works are nearly identical.

In the drawing Shippy made, all of Naruto's eyes are closed. In the photo you showed, one eye is open.
It's a good thing you said "found on google" because it appears Shippy used the photo as a reference. Maybe he used a different photo similar to the one you showed.

Imma be the odd one in the house.
So there are some proportion problems I want to point out.
The first is the hands. Hands are hard to draw, I get that, but the index and middle fingers on both of Naruto's hands are oddly spaced and feel odd because they feel short. Also, on his left hand, his knuckle slants downward sharply and angles his pinky to a 225 degree angle. This isn't supposed to be the case because the knuckle isn't supposed to have a sharp general curve.
Another problem is his arms. His arms appear like they don't match where the clothing goes. Its hard to describe.
I can't say anything about his legs and face because my opinion on his legs are mainly opinion based and his face is actually good. I like the way the face is done because it's, in my opinion, the best part of the drawing.
Bout' all I want to say. Please use this for future drawings if you want to, listening to criticism is a good way to improve because people can spot mistakes you never saw and you can improve upon them next time.
