Map Selecting

Vertx added the map selecting function in the sw waiting lobby. It should be a cool feature but I dont think so.

People love playing on certain maps (e.g. sunny)
So they select those maps over and over again. There are also some maps most of the people dont want to play on (e.g. nether one with lava in every island)

It will always be fun even tho we dont like those maps that much. But now we can never play on those maps because of this feature.

It is not a bad feature tbh, but it will get boring as we always play on some maps only while sw have 20 maps.

omg yes ;-; i always try and vote for different maps and even saying in chat "vote ____" but the same frickin maps are always chosen

Once people tire of the maps you'll see it change, but until then it's probably going to stay this way tbh.

not really tho. For me, i am ok with all the maps, cuz u may play different in different map. But for those ppl, they just dont want to die that easily, so they rather select the map that has big spawn/island. So I guess we will never play on nether and the one that has upside down island.

so true. Whenever there is the map sunny(the desert and ring, the spawn has a camp thing ), ppl always choose that. I was telling them lets play different map other than sunny, they said nope.

If you guys didn't notice, once a map is chosen it won't be available in the voting options for a while, so essentially it is as random as before.

The same maps are chosen tho.
