Hi to be able to make a void for your map. You can do this :)

/fill 2000 0 2000 -2000 3 -2000 fire

robably didnt realize that that would e too many blocks and you were trying to set fire everywhere

Can you guarantee that it will work though? I only ask because I want to try making a map, and other are saying that it doesn't work.
