It's called accusing not bullying.

Bullying = use superior strength or influence to intimidate someone typically to force him or her to do what one wants

Accusing = indicating a belief in someone's guilt or culpability

In short Manwee is accusing you of Spawn killing him. He's not bullying also if you can't handle people being mean to you, don't spawn kill, target or hide.
