3 and 5 are the typical manga eyes, but they're my favorite too
edit: those eyes heavily remind me of old style anime and that style is revolting, I'd suggest trying out your own style or at least drawing in a more current style, and than developing your own based off of that

Optional Opinion Advice Thing:
As advice, which is not required, but most eyes in the manga style typically have thicker eyelashes. The thinner and more consistent line types seem to fit more realistic styles.
I prefer the second one because the reason above.
