Make people when they fall/almost getting killed and do /hub or /lobby and not dying/losing bannable

It is really annoying when people fall off/almost getting killed and They use /hub or /lobby and won't let us get kills/exp to level up or get to the leaderboard.
so my suggestion is to make it bannable and also to make it fair for another people.
ban length should be like: 3 days or 1
