Make Google apps on Google Play

Please make apps on Play Store.... Soo I can pay Vip easily and can view own profile on it.... Idk can understand me but I wan it make on Google Play and buy using mobile bill Its Make easy and better for us to check our profile and Update coming soon I hope who read this can understand me what I wan to saying...

What he wants is for BrokenLens to have an app so that he can buy VIP. He does not have a PayPal but has Google Play money and wants to use it.

This has been suggested many times and vertx has already been told about it.
