Back and forth the people went when deciding who to execute. Between Thomas and Ben it seemed it would end in a tie. However a few other people stepped up to the Queen and told her they swore it had to have been Ben. The Queen listened and decided to have him executed. Little did the people know, but that dashed their last hopes of help.
After the execution everyone filed out quickly and went their separate ways. One person however hung around until the last person left. Trying to act normal, the person followed the last one out of the castle. When they got near an alleyway no one normally went down, the stalker attacked. They grabbed Ham and dragged him a ways into the alley. They threw him against a wall and Ham hit his head. This hit against the brick made him sluggish and disoriented so the attacker took their shot and strangled him. Ham could only choke out pleas as the life was strangled from him.
In another alleyway, two people were wary of each other as their paths met. They had to pass each other to get to where they were going, but they were both too stubborn to just go around and avoid the other person. As they got closer and closer, they each moved to the right to get out of the way. They then each moved to the left. The two did the awkward dance of trying to get around each other before they did it successfully. Dorito kept walking after the awkward interaction but he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around and started saying “Yes, what do you w—” Before he could finish that sentence the other person in the alley with him had pulled a knife and had slit his throat in one smooth motion. Gargling now on his own blood, Dorito tried to make an escape. However, he received a rough punch to the head. He fell to the ground where he would bleed out.
