The town is growing more and more desperate to find the killers. Only a handful of people remain, and they decide to bring Warrior to court. She is found guilty and executed... but was she a killer?
After court most people went home. They were terrified to leave their homes but still did when necessary. Strel was concerned, but still liked to have a person over as she felt she could handle herself. Today was no different. She was making a nice lunch when her guest knocked at the door. She patted them down for weapons before letting them inside to enjoy some lunch together.
Strel’s guest complimented the wonderful smell and slipped something into Strel’s drink as she finished up lunch. Strel didn’t notice and the two began to eat. After some small talk, Strel began to feel weak. She looked at her guest to see them standing with one of her knives. She grabbed a knife of her own to defend herself but as she stood she became lightheaded.
“Feeling weak there?” said her guest. Within a split second the guest charged at Strel. She was too sluggish to dodge and her neck was sliced open. She fell to the floor and her guest leaped on top of her. They decided to do a classic mafia sign, and pulled her tongue through the slit in her throat, giving her a Colombian necktie. The guest cleaned themselves off and the knife before leaving.
An hour or so later Cosmic came over to Strel’s house. He saw Strel on the floor dead and ran after noticing the necktie. He ran to the river just within the forest, for it was secluded and felt somewhat safe. However that safety was taken when a figure walked up behind him with a knife. As he started to turn around the figure pounced, stabbing Cosmic over and over. Despite having over 10 stab wounds, he was still breathing. The figure noted the river and had a brilliant idea. They dragged the half dead Cosmic over to the rivers edge where they drowned him. Making sure he was dead, the figure threw the knife into the river and walked back to town.
