After another day with two murders, the town held yet another trial. Maddie was found guilty and executed.
After the trial, two people sneaked off to the side away from curious eyes. They seemed to be planning something, but whatever it was went quick. Within a minute the plan was set and the two people both set off toward different places. One towards the towns museum, one towards another group of people.
The one that went towards the other group of people tapped one on the shoulder, and lead them away from the group. This would prove to be a fatal mistake for the one who left the group. While they were being led away, the rest of the group seemed to not even notice their absence as they kept talking amongst each other.
When the two were far enough away from the group, one pulled a gun. They aimed, gave a smile, and shot the other right in the forehead. The victim fell with a thump as the shooter made their escape to avoid suspicion. A moment later a couple people from the group ran to where the murder happened, and stumbled upon to body of Jahs.
Meanwhile, inside the museum, the second person from before was standing with a another person. They both admired the medieval section before one turned to the other. Dread filled them as they locked eyes, and before they could react, the person from before choked them and stuffed them inside a suit of armor.
Just as they were replacing the helmet, footsteps were heard coming closer. This caused them to quickly put the helmet on and rush out of the museum. The footsteps eventually reached the room and it was the person who owned the museum. They noticed the helmet on one of the armor suits wasn’t quite right, so they went to fix it. When they pulled off the helmet, they saw Sadsong’s body stuffed inside...
