Yes its true that they can fly when they will draw and when the round were over they claimed that glitch! I saw that glitch others in draw n guess

But, if it was a glitch, shouldn't he be tempbanned for exploiting it?

Yep, the minimum he will be given is a tempban. I guess this is what he will get, since we can't be sure that he is hacking.
