I am writing this thread to let the community know that HamsomeHam and I have decided to retire. Neither one of us has been on the server much since I stepped down from the Build Team Captain position- I had hoped that taking that pressure off of myself would give me more time and motivation but it really has done the opposite. I love this server and always will- I loved the whole journey from being a player to joining the Build Team and then moving through the various ranks. I appreciate all the support and love I have had along the way from Vertx and the staff team to the players and community- you are all like a family to me. Thank you all for everything!

seeing everyone grow up and become inactive on the server makes me feel a little sad, but I’ll never forgot our friendship and fun times we’ve had! Those long hours playing BL, that one weird school role play we used to do on your realm, and the times we built those gigantic horses (I still don’t know what an alicorn is) will forever be in my memories! I can’t believe it’s been over THREE years since you told me about an easter building competition someone was hosting, sucks that we never won, but we did break the rules by working together LOL

either way, just know that your several efforts and contributions to the server will never go unnoticed! you’ve built so many cool maps, banned so many hackers, and helped hundreds of people, you’ll go down in the BL history books, so cool!!!
