Lost Rank (Please help!)

As of recently I had logged onto Minecraft Pocket Edition after not playing for 7 months. I decided I'd log onto one of my favorite Minecraft servers, Brokenlens. I got on the server and went to type "/fly" but when I did it told me that I do not have permission to use the command. I was confused by this as I had bought Diamond rank as of December 2017, so this situation left me confused. I logged in and out, checking my other account andrewR585_YT, which has the youtube rank. I hadn't lost my rank on that account, but on my account AndrewFromYT I had lost the Diamond rank. So please if somone can fix this that would be greatly appreciated and I would love it because I wouldn't feel as if I was robbed for 10 dollars.

Aw dangit, If I had known this I could've used my money on something else, but hey atleast I got to help out the server. Maybe under the rank you can add how long it lasts?

Gold rank: 30 days
Diamond rank: 90 days
Emerald rank: last forever.
